“I've owned this bike for a year now and I love it, I was looking for a more upright seating position as I get pains in my shoulders and wrists when riding sports bikes which is a shame as I liked my gsxr. I did look at the bandit, gsx1400 and the Kawasaki but I'm glad I bought the FZ1 it's nice and responsive, handles really great on the twisty roads just as good on the long straights although on a motorway you can get a numb bum after a couple of hours could do with a gel seat and a screen if you do a lot of motorway miles, very good around town through the traffic.
All in all it's just the bike I've been looking for.”
“I bought my FZ1N brand new in 2007 and after a few small modifications turned it into a different motorcycle, first to go was the standard exhaust, replaced with a short carbon pipe with the exup valve retained, power commander,tail tidy, indicators incorporated into the tail light , giving it a very tidy rear, stainless radiator guard and bar end mirrors, wherever I go people admire it and some ask me what it is, it keeps up with sports bikes or you can just ride around comfortably with the wide handlebars.”

Only one negative is that if you are 6ft 4in you do get a lot of wind blast
But that isn't the bikes fault,that's my parents fault.”

Handles well for a big bike, overall very good bike, only two bad points are the seats a bit firm leading two a numb bum if your on it for awhile & and under back seat storage is only big enough for a polo mint! Other than that its great:).”
