“The FZ8 is definitely a marmite bike...and I love marmite !
A lot of people get hung up on the suspension being too soft or the clunk when you select first gear but none of that really bothers me in the overall aspect.
It’s hard to name another street bike as comfy as the FZ8 that doesn’t feel like a tourer, that handles the corners as well as a sports bike, that doesn’t disintegrate your wrists after an hour of riding and will handle a day on the track then be able to be ridden home like miss daisy....if that’s ur thing ?

“The FZ8 has plenty of power and is also very comfortable. It made an excellent tourer on a trip to Spa in Belgium in 2015 with no problems whatsoever. I returned a healthy 140-50 miles per gallon and all in all I am very happy with my FZ8. I would have given 5 stars if the brakes were just that little bit stronger but that's about it. Anyone buying the FZ8 will be impressed with it's power, handling , comfort and pretty good fuel economy.”
