“This bike is a bit of a marmite, but is essentially fun and rewarding to ride for the more experienced, hooligan for the inexperienced, with sports bike performance in motard styling. I wanted a naked with a decent upright-ish riding posistion, but that engine is an animal! Akra exhaust or other after market is a good move, eases off the the engine breaking and allows the engine to breath better. Hard to see how they made it for that price tbh. Well done Yamaha, definitely a keeper!”
“I love this bike, the ABS model was not the one i wanted originally, but speaking to a number of people who ride I decided i would get it. Possibly the best decision I have made. The amount of utterly usless drivers on the roads is scary. I haddent managed 100 miles before the first person pulled out on me.
The gearing is brilliant and I absolutely love my uprated pipe. Sounds perrrrfect.
