“Great value for money bike.It handles nice plenty of power and looks the part with full fairing.I fitted a scorpion exhaust can to improve looks and sound.Also added Givi panniers.With abs brakes as standard.Very pleased.”
“While the Xj may look the part from a far the engine sluggish and feel like it need a couple more gears over 70 having poor accelaration and over all top speed . the build quality is another thing the paint is thin that it's covered in rust where my old gsxr had none at five years old need to be stripped done and overhalled and it vibrates like made over 30 decently wouldn't touch”
“I felt at the time I bought my Yam it was the best one for me, a few probs arose after this,
1) seat height was a big prob as I am not the tallest person in the world, I then had to pay extra to get it lowered , companys should think more about the shorter person and I would not buy another bike from Yam.
2) The warranty through the Dameralls bike company was a bit of a joke, as I had to take the bike in so they could find the prob then wait until Yam authorized it to be repaid then get it repaired , the simple prob of a broken flasher unit took 3 weeks to fix , its a good job I also own a car, woundn,t go there again.”
