“Love the bike overall but will upgrade to the 1300 ASAP (or even the 1900)
My only gripes is that it could sound better (louder/lumpier) and that the footrests were a little higher so they don't ground around corners.
I went for the midnight star because of the alloy wheels, but would prefer them to be a natuiral colour (as they are on the 1300) rather trhan the standard black.
I bought this bike having not ridden one properly for 25 years, so was a little intimidated at something bigger to start with - which in hindsight was a gooa bigger bike. I did a lot of research beforehand and chose this over the Kawasaki and Susuki equivalents and am happy with that choice.”
“Super all rounder but loves the open roads! I feel so confident riding it compared with my previous Hayabusa (owned for 8 years) which is a great bike but a wee bit scary!!!! I usually go day trips with my Mrs on pillion and have no issues apart from the occasional poke in the ribs when leaning into corners and scraping the foot rest as easy done ( set quite low) With the belt drive maintenance is easy peasy,no messy chains to lub. And gives a smooth ride. Extras are easy to find if you like a bit bling .in a nut shell its a great looking bike and I have no issues with it....roll on the warmer weather!”
