“The scooter came to us faulty and they are impossible to deal with. The customer service is non-existent and they basically said to fix it ourselves when we did finally manage to get in touch. Also supposedly it's road worthy straight away but the bike had a faulty battery, the ignition switch wasn't even connected properly. The bike has problem after problem. I advised that no one buys from direct bikes has they are seriously number one for worse dissatisfying customer service and for poor quality of bikes. Also pretty much of 95% of garages won't service or deal with direct bikes!!!!!
