“The only problem I've had with the bike is if your out in the rain it sometimes cuts out, I think it's water getting in to the side stands cutoff switch, apart from that it's a great little bike.”
“If I had known what a poor service Direct Bikes give, we would never have ordered bike from them, no customer service they never returned calls and took weeks to get bike, to then have to wait again as not all paperwork arrives with bike you have to order further packs from DVLA to register, something which is never told to you before you get the bike. Would not recommend.”
