“Having had the 1199s, Diavel and Monster S I found the 899 lacking in torque. I really had to wind it up through the gears to really get it shifting. I don't like to hear a engine 'hurting and stressed' like that. Other than that a nice bike with moderate performance, good handling and brakes.”
