“Wanted one for ages and I haven't been disappointed. With the same power/weight as a Ferrari 458, it's incredibly fast yet affordable to insure as the baby Monster. At a trackday with the mirrors off it looks spectacular and is more than fast enough to keep up with much 'faster' bikes, if you ride well. Then mirrors on, tailpack on and you can ride home. Not ideal for multi-hour motorway rides, though it can handle them in surprising comfort. Also surpisingly good for the odd pillion ride now and then. I've had it for six months now so enough time to get a good feel for it. Lovely. Attracts loads of compliments and smiling school kids too.... with Termi pipes it sounds amazing. Nothing bad to say about the Ducati Monster 696!”
