“3 month old tolerate much better than previous formula we have tried but is vomiting more on it but stools are more regular and more normal. The first tin smelt very weird but the rest have smelt much better so may have been off but as it was the first tin I had no idea what it was meant to smell like. He was recently diagnosed with tongue, lip and cheek ties so not sure how much the gastrointestinal signs are from the formula and how much is due to the ties.”

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s good to hear there are some positives with regular stools, though the vomiting is concerning. Tongue, lip, and cheek ties can indeed affect feeding and digestion, so it can be tricky to separate from the formula reaction.
If vomiting continues or worsens, we’d recommend checking in with your pediatrician or a health professional to rule out any other causes and to see if a different option might help.
