“We’ve been ordering this formula for our baby for a year now. And will continue because it’s great formula. However, we have faced many challenges and difficulties with this company. First of all, they keep switching their shipping provider because there are major issues clearly. There’s been times I had to get a refund because the formulas simply couldn’t be delivered for whatever reason. And my baby had to go without. There has been countless delays that affect my babies health as she is allergic to all other formulas. That makes me very angry because the company should do better. This is babies lives and health that’s at stake and it doesn’t seem like they care. Just disgusting. On top of that, the most recent formula I ordered, upon just opening the can I can clearly see that 1/3rd of the can was empty/missing. I don’t know if this was a one time mistake or they’re just trying to finesse people out here giving less product for the same amount of money but because of this we also had to go without as I miscalculated when I should order the next batch. There just wasn’t enough to have until the next order came in. This is just beyond ridiculous and just flat out concerning. Makes me want to look for other brands to give my money too for real. Also, they respond to complaints whenever they want to respond. Which is not always in a timely manner. Which is not good when it’s extremely important.”

“We have been using little oak formula since our son was two months old ( Stage 1&2) and now he is drinking the toddler milk ( Stage 3). I had trouble with breastfeeding and had very low supply and my bub was on enfamil for the first little bit.
