“Breastfeeding has been a long laborious effort for me and my baby boy; low supply, sleepy prem baby, mastitis, and nipple fissures.
I decided to start combo feeding with Little Oak at around six weeks old. I finish each breastfeeding session with offering a bottle and he takes roughly 50-100mls. The difference in his demeanour has been life changing; sleeping better, calmer, more happy.
I believe breastmilk is the absolute best option for babies so taking the plunge and introducing formula was emotionally difficult for me.
