“Purchased the straps for holding my canoe to its trolley, so no experience of the load capacity. The retractable feature makes attaching the canoe single handedly very easy as the initial hook can be kept in tension whilst stepping around to the other side. However, I tried to contact the customer services [twice] re the fact that one strap was nicked [? for the load capacity] and the plastic casings broken _ the shipping cost high but effectively poor _ but got no response on either occasion. So, product 5, customer services 1 gives an average of 3....”
