“My initial order was wrong, I was sent white chocolate instead of milk chocolate. The invoice however was right. I immediately emailed the company and was replied to the next business day. I asked could I exchange the white chocolate for the milk chocolate. Sam was so sweet and sent me the milk chocolate since it was a mix up on their end. I was told to just keep the white chocolate and donate them (due to the high cost of shipping right now) if it was something I did not eat. This customer service was above and beyond and simply exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The chocolate arrived pretty fast and in great condition. Great company for your bulk candy needs and at a great price!”
