“I ordered my candy on 12/10/20. The tracking number sent to me never showed anything other than the label had been made, but never shipped. I tried emailing the company to find out where the package was. Never got an answer. Tried calling but they were closed and never received a call back. Finally got hold of April around the 21st (?). She looked up the package and said it was being held in White Plains, New York. She suggested calling the Post Office there. The tracking number never updated. Finally the candy arrived on 12/24/20. It barely arrived on time, but the most frustrating thing was that the tracking number never updated so I had no idea where it was or when it might arrive.
April was very helpful in at least tracking it down for me and letting me know that it had in fact been shipped.
I'm not positive I'd order from this company again, but I'd like to give them another chance one day if I am looking to special order any candy. Thank you, April for the help!”
