“False advertising for when item will be received. Still did not get a refund as promised a month ago. Highly disappointed! Used to respond quickly but when asked about refund several times, no one responded.”

I am sorry you were unhappy with the delivery time on your order, but please to see you were refunded in full. The marketplace will show you an estimated delivery time. Our delivery terms do show delivery is in working days so this does not include weekend or bank holidays which may therefore extend the delivery time on occasions. I am also sorry for the delay in refunding you which was due to most of our office staff being furloughed during this time. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.

“Larger than expected, there's plenty of room for all the little one's things and room to play. Very lightweight but seems to be strong enough for the job. As we can't take it to the beach right now, it's set up in the garden! Easy to put together by one person and fold aways afterwards. Zip up front zips from the inside or out. Great purchase.”

“Fabulous beach tent... for now i just use in garden for kids .Easy to erect and take down on your own. Handy pockets at the side to fill with sand or rocks to keep it grounded in the wind. Don’t push the tent poles through when erecting......don’t pull as the poles which are foldable might get damaged is the one tip I would give. Very roomy. Good value for money.”
