Hi Mary, thank you for your feedback. We are a small family run business that takes great pride in our products, and we too are very disappointed in how this arrived to your son. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. As we are dealing with a living item, sometimes a number of factors may affect our plants upon arrival.
We have previously been in contact with your son and let him know that we will be sending him a replacement.
