More specific care information would be good. Plant not as per size approximations but overall positive experience.

Ordered on 20/12, when I realised it wouldn’t be delivered by Xmas I rang to cancel. I was then assured the plant would arrive just after Xmas at the latest.. It’s now the 3rd Jan and still no plant.

Hi Stacey, We take great pride in providing exceptional products & exceptional service so we are disappointed that this hasn't arrived either. Unfortunately, we have no control over any of the delays that the courier service may have due to the increase of parcel deliveries over the Christmas/New Year period. I have replied to your email now - unfortunately due to the public holiday today I don't anticipate hearing anything back from the courier service until tomorrow now.
