We take great pride in providing exceptional products & exceptional service so we are disappointed that this hasn't arrived either. Unfortunately, we have no control over any of the delays that the courier service may have due to the increase of parcel deliveries over the Christmas/New Year period.
I have replied to your email now - unfortunately due to the public holiday today I don't anticipate hearing anything back from the courier service until tomorrow now. In the meantime, I have gone through and issued you a refund.
