“I ordered my plant 20th December and it’s been in transit with Aramex since then. I can’t fault the customer service of The good plant company because they have been very responsive and it’s not their fault that the courier company is so unreliable. However, I would suggest they choose a better one to transport their plants. I have never had a smooth delivery from Aramex. Still no updates on when the plant will arrive and although I have been assured the plant will be in good shape in arrival, I would say that’s almost impossible given the tine it’s been without water with the courier company. Plus no delivery date in sight. Will be requesting a refund.”

I have now escalated this with the courier service for you, alternatively you can follow the tracking online with your tracking details. Unfortunately once orders leave us at the nursery they are then in the hands of the courier service. Once they provide us with an update I will forward it through to you.
