“Was buying for a sympathy gift. Friend likes it but it just took too long to be delivered & lots of frustrating emails with courier. Obviously only good for deliveries in Brisbane.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear that your friend likes her new Giant Bird of Paradise.
As we have outlined on our website - once orders leave us at the nursery they are then in the hands of the courier service, we have no control over any delays that are happening in their Sydney depots due to covid restrictions/lockdowns. We appreciate this is very frustrating however the courier service have reassured us they are doing everything they can to minimise delays.
