Its ok, not much to it. I couldn't seem to find a way to write a message on it- maybe you can't.

Hi Rob, thank you for leaving us a review. We do apologise for your disappointment in our condolences card. You can leave a message at the checkout for us to pop onto your cards. I just had a look at your order and it is from the 9th of June so unfortunately this would have already been dispatched and arrived so I am unable to add a message to the card at this time for you.
