Unfortunately, we can only see the same tracking online as you can - once orders leave us at the nursery they are then in the hands of the courier service. However, looking at the tracking online just now I can see this has been delivered today.

“The ficus bambino was for a friend for her birthday. Arrived very quickly and in a good condition, a lot more growth than I expected and had some new sprouts coming in was pleasantly surprised!! Will definitely buy from the good plant co again!!”
“Following a delay in delivery due to misdirection by the courier company, our ficus bambino finally arrived yesterday with its companion, a giant bird of paradise. Both plants looked surprisingly well and very healthy considering how many days they had been confined in packaging. However, the plastic pots they were in did not survive the travel so well. The pot the giant bird of paradise was in has a very large split/fissure and we will need to repot it asap. Overall very pleased with the plants received. Thank you.”
