“The pot looked messy as it appeared that straw was used on top of the soil rather than stones as advertised.
Some of the leaves were yellow (about 3 of the 7 leaves) and one had a sizeable tear in the leaf maybe from postage and handling? This may not be a fault of MyPlantPeople but this was disappointing.
There was no communication to indicate the status of delivery or that the plant had been delivered as this was a gift for someone else. They did deliver before Xmas as they had advertised and I was grateful for this.
I loved the little blurbs they used to introduce the plant and how to take care of it; I thought this was quirky and cute.
However, I would look into other companies that provide this service in future.”
