Just looking at your order - this was placed online on Saturday 25th September. I can also see an order confirmation email was sent to you straight afterwards at 7.36pm. We dispatched your order from our nursery on Monday 27th September. A shipping confirmation email was also sent to your nominated email address on this day. This email contains all the tracking information that you need to track your order online. If you haven't received this email can you please check your junk mail just in case it has landed in junk rather than your inbox?
From the tracking online I can see your order has arrived in the courier service's Sydney Depot on 3/10 so I would hope this isn't far away from being delivered. Unfortunately, we can only see the same tracking online as you can - once orders leave us at the nursery they are then in the hands of the courier service. I have escalated further with them so will send you through their response once they get back to me.
