“My order did not arrive. I have tried contacting customer service 3 times to get a refund and I am being offered only a 50% refund. Why am I being charged for a product that never arrived? I do not want a replacement order. I want a full refund! This was an error on your company’s part. Terrible customer service. Will not shop here again. I will be submitting a claim if not refunded 100% to my original form of payment. Worst customer service I have ever felt with. Very disappointed.”
