“So.....we are not using it for a KIDDO!! Our 93 year old Mom lives at an Assisted Living Residence. All of her clothing and belongings must be stamped with her unit number and her last name. We needed both black and white to stamp the multitude of items easily and quickly, and this product was just perfect. My poor sister had been hand labelling every item, so this will definitely help out. You could market it as a 'Savvy Seniors' product too, as we didn't find anything comparable when searching for seniors! Thank you!!”
“I would NEVER purchase anything from this company again. I went 2 1/2 months without receiving my stamp even after emailing them multiple times! After finally getting a hold of someone through DM they had the gall to tell me that they did contact me (replied to MY message) and that I just didn't give them a stamp choice, name, and what are my details. Lie. I ordered this stamp so I could label all my child’s items for their first day of kindergarten. It’s almost Thanksgiving.
Horrible customer service and they refuse to give me a refund. I’ve found another label company that at least is efficient in shipping and promptly replying to their customers. Beware”
