“This company is such a scam!!!! They say they have customer service and 30 day returns, money back guarantee and they do NOT. I have reached out every way I can to customer service at least 5 times. I get a response that they will reply in 48 hours and NOTHING. It bleed on my daughter’s dry sleep mat within minutes. Smeared on her water bottle. Came off her lunchbox in the dish washer days later. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No possible way to do returns or get a refund. Stay away from The KiddoSpace!!!”
“Horrible customer service. I feel scammed. So I had issue with my order because the ink run on the fabric, looked blurry and after washing it just looked like a black spot. So I reached out requesting a return and refund on which they just sent me another stamp without my consent. On which I requested a return label and they just decided to ignore me.”
