“I ordered a stamp for my grandson. The packaging seemed in order, with his name and the icon I choose so instead of giving it to him for Christmas, I waited until his birthday in January. However, when he went to use it, it was the wrong name on the stamp. I contacted the company and explained the error but they refused to correct it because I was past the 30 days. I even took pictures to explain the packaging was what I ordered but the stamp was another boy’s name. They didn’t care. Horrible customer service. I would never order from them.”
