“I am highly disappointed and won't be ordering from this website ever again! I'm not the type to leave reviews but this warrants one. I placed my order on 8/15/23 and till date 8/29/23 haven't received updates regarding shipping or my order! I reached out to their customer service multiple times yet no repsonse even reached out on social media and still no response! My kids reopen school next Tuesday and all items needs to be sent in labeled, reason i placed my order earlier. What kind of business are you guys running if you can't respond to emails or concerns of your customers?? Very disappointing. I definitely will be returning the items whenever they arrive and you can be sure i won't be ordering from this website again.
