Unfortunately when we have washed our printed items the ink has run leaving a black splodge. This was after leaving the items for a number of days and washing at 30 degrees. Rather disappointing.”
“The ink does not stay, it washes out after ONE wash at 30 degrees. I have then had to buy different labels to name my children's clothing. I brought three stamps in total and I am very unhappy, I have asked for my money back following their money back guarantee and have had several emails ignored or repeated to ask for evidence of why I am unhappy with the product, I have replied and sent pictures and then my email is IGNORED. THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND FRAUD. DO NOT BUY. Happy to share email chains. I WANT MY MONEY BACK”
