“Received my order and it was incorrect, wasn't the design I ordered nor image and name on stamp that I input when ordering. Emailed to complain about this and was advised they would send me out my order as it should of been done, however after a follow up email to chase it. I've heard nothing back. Very disappointed as the actual item does work well but I needed mine to include my child's surname to avoid any confusion and she doesn't like dogs so gutted that was the image sent with the name.”
