“After purchasing the stamp, I was instructed to watch a 10 minute video which outlined everything that was wrong with the stamp, and that I am being offered a “great deal” to buy more things to make the stamp better. I immediately regretted my purchase and emailed customer service requesting my order to be cancelled and a refund. I did not receive a reply, so 3 days later I emailed again. Again no reply from customer service. I then sent a 3rd and 4th emails. The reply I received one week later was to provide me with tracking information, without addressing my request at all. I then sent a 5th and 6th emails requesting a refund, only to be met with radio silence.”
