“Shipped to me upside down- bought 2 plants and one was shipped right way up but this one was strapped to the first box but upside down in the box. so it was very flat when it arrived. It’s a week later now and it doesn’t look like it’s going to survive. Bought as a Xmas present so going to have to buy another. Not heard anything back from customer service about it and because of the return policy I wouldn’t get my money back because they take the postage costs back and you have to fund your return. Disappointing”
