“This small but beautifully formed plant arrived in excellent conditiion, very well packaged but unfortunately minus the pot I'd ordered to accompany it. After I'd notified the company of this error they very promptly sent me the pot by return, no questions asked. For a small company with limited staff I consider this to be excellent customer service.”
