We are truly sorry for the disappointment caused when your orchid arrived in poor condition after its journey to you. We completely understand how upsetting that must have been.
We have since responded and as soon as we received your photos, arranged for a replacement orchid to be sent out straight away. We very much hope it arrived safely and is now thriving.
