“Sadly, having ordered my orchids during the hottest days of this year, this one began to wilt and shed blooms and buds very quickly. Less that a week after delivery I left with only two blooms and a couple of buds that look rather poorly so I don’t feel like I have had the value I should have had from it. The other orchid in the pair I ordered had much bigger, waxier blooms and was in a fit state to gift.”

We're so sorry to hear this. It is unusual for the orchid to drop it flowers so soon after arrival, but as you mentioned the extremely hot weather may have contributed to this.
