Not only did my order arrive - in perfect condition, beautiful, and exactly as ordered - but they had put in an extra gift, personalised to say Happy 101st Birhday as a surprise. When I called to check I hadn't underpaid, I was told "we just thought it was so extraordinary, we had to do it!" The sort of company and customer service that others can only dream of. SO special.
