“Unfortunately my experience had been poor so far. The root cause being the courier company used by Omni desk are completely incompetent and you are unable to speak to a representative from the courier company . Not even the staff at Omni desk can get a clear indication of the arrival date it is over 3 weeks late at this point in time. There for I cannot recommend the product or the experience thus far.”
“Items were dumped outside home and table top was damaged and can see tge cheap cardboard like material inside hidden by external coating. The replacement took over 2-3 weeks with no clear communication and had to call back. Then the replacement was also dumped outside the house unattended.
Will never buy from omnidesk again and will never recommend anyone. In fact will recommend to shop elsewhere where customer service and delivery is considered part of service excellence.”
