A few minor things to get this full marks would be: better instructions for the smaller tabletop and the underside closure fitting; a better courier company with proactive communications when they get it wrong (I'm still waiting for a return call after an incorrect delivery...!?); and consider how you'd compensate customers ordering a product immediately before a special goes live.”
