“Very happy so far with my desk. Have had it for a month now and I use and adjust it multiple times a day, everyday. It’s adjustment is smooth, quick, and quiet, meaning I don’t hesitate to use it. I’m suffering from a herniated disc in my lower back and so changing up from sitting to standing to frequently is important, and this desk makes that transition very easy. The build quality is great, and I really like it aesthetically too.”

I recommend the large as it's well worth the extra. Experiencing the omnidesk is hard to put into words, so I'll just say if you're on the fence, you won't regret the purchase.
I do have 1 small gripe. The assembly video moves too quick, is not for the 2020 pro series and doesn't align well with the instruction manual. I'd like to see a longer and more thorough assembly video for those with little construction ability like myself.
