“When buying online, the biggest risk is what will happen if things don't go as planned. That's what happened with my order, there were a number of really unfortunate circumstances that resulted in things like:
- Missed deliveries
- Damage to the product
- Parts on back-order
At each step of the way the customer service team made sure I was being looked after by providing me with things like:
- Additional shipping and contact details to better organise suitable delivery
- Complete replacement of damaged parts no additional shipping or send back required
- Advising on back-orders so I could choose if I wanted to split the order down to get a working desk early or wait for everything to arrive in one go.
The only thing I would say is that the 3 display mount is not great, all 3 displays are locked to the same vertical height making it difficult to arrange things exactly how I would have liked.
Overall I am very impressed and absolutely love the freedom my new desk is affording for the versatile number of hobbies I utilise it for.”

Only issue I have is with the PC mount. My tower is below the stated size and weight limit, but the single arm looks like it is struggling with the weight (goes lopsided). I've had to macgyver it on the opposite side to the arm for stability.”
