“Ordered and was excited to receive a fancy electric desk, unfortunately wasn't able to put it together straight away as I was moving house soon and decided to wait until then.
Fast forward a few weeks and I've moved in and am putting together my new Desk (Instructions are ok, but go well together with the Videos). Got it put together and the motors worked well but then I discovered that a hole had been drilled in the top (near the back left) for a Motorised Power riser that I had never purchased, instead opting for the clamp on powerboard option.
I contacted Omnidesk support about the issue and several options were proposed. As I didn't want to have to take my desk apart again to replace the entire top, I took the proposed heavily discounted Motorised power riser option and the desk has been working great since the power riser very quickly arrived and I installed it.
The Desk: Brilliant - No issues or concerns at all here.
Shipping: Slightly delayed but we were in the thick of COVID at the time so mostly understandable
Desktop hole issue: Not great but resolved very quickly and mostly without time and monetary outlay.”

“Working from home with a less than favorable home office set up during 2020-21 led to back and neck problems. My Omnidesk Pro 2020 Electric Standing Desk has been the best investment I have made in a long time. Setting it up was made easy with the online video, and I was reassured to know I could call and get phone help at anytime. Having used the standing desk now for a couple of weeks, I have noticed my back and neck problems have improved. I can now work comfortably sitting or standing at the height that suits me at the press of a preset button. My ergonomic set up allows plenty of room for my screens, keyboard and mouse and space for more. Couldn't be happier.”

“This desk is fantastic! I got the bamboo one and it's so beautiful with a lovely finish. The desk itself is very sturdy but the up and down movement is quite smooth and not very noisy. The only thing I would say is that the instructions were a bit confusing, and we had to refer to a YouTube video to understand how to put it together. Other than that though, it's a very worthwhile investment.”
“The OmniDesk has been great. Super practical and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
The CPU mount addon feels a little flimsy and won't fit all PC tower sizes, so be sure to check. But is definitely useful.
One minor downside with my particular desk is that one of the screws wouldn't hold to the underside of the desk. Don't think that it's a common issue though, and doesn't affect my use of the desk.”
