“In December, I broke my back and shoulder and discovered the hard way I could not sit for longer than 10mins without pain. So I pulled the trigger and purchased an Omnidesk and haven't looked back. It has honestly been the best investment I have made this year and in lockdown when we're spending so much time at home working at our desks. I start the day standing and spend virtual meetings standing, and if I need to buckle down and focus, I will sit. It has helped my posture and back pain. I do recommend investing in a standing mat also.”
“Overall, this is a great and sturdy standing desk with a few things that could be improved. I got the ergo curve and it makes a huge difference. Regarding improvements, I got the Power Bar, which is great except that both it and the desk need to seperate power sources so you end up using one outlet just to plug the desk in or need two wires underneath. The reason two wires underneath becomes a bit annoying is that the Power Bar's location blocks you from being able to use the wire organiser, which was not made clear when I got my desk with both of them. It should be advertised that both the Power Bar, and any of the monitor arms, are located in ways that make them incompatible with the wire organiser.”
