“I chose Omnidesk over the standing desks out there because of its accessory ecosystem so I could spec out my setup fully. Very happy with my setup, despite the premium cost (which definitely adds up if you’re going all out - I got the large bamboo desk, cable management bar, standing mat, drawer, 3 x monitor arms, and power clamp). I was fortunate enough to get an allowance from my work so ~1/3 of it was subsidised, but was still a decent chunk out of pocket.
Been using it for around a month and I’m happy with my purchase - desk is super sturdy and doesn’t wobble and my cables are really nicely organised and out of sight. I originally got the black desk top but decided to exchange it after hearing from friends and seeing YouTube reviews online that noted the powder coated tops scratched really easily. The wood top cost about an extra $100 but for me it was worth it for peace of mind to keep the aesthetics more maintainable.
Assembly definitely requires two people and as noted by other purchasers, can be pretty confusing to follow. The monitor arms are sturdy but the product images didn’t show the inbuilt cables to extend the USB and microphone/AUX ports that are on the front of the monitor arms and doesn’t really make note of this fact. With my current setup I’m able to hide them relatively easily, but Omnidesk confirmed these aren’t removable. So a bit of an eyesore - and what happens if the cables are used and then wear down? Are you expected to buy a whole new monitor arm?
My order ended up requiring some back and forth with the Omnidesk support team to manage the exchange for the desk top, to swap a faulty power clamp, and to add another accessory to my order after it was initially submitted. Heather from the support team was patient and helpful - she responded to my emails promptly and kept me in the loop. There were some delays and logistics snafus that she kindly helped mitigate with some one-off credits to offset some of the miscommunications. So all in all, I would recommend the product and give kudos to the support team, but would also give fair warnings to friends about some of the pain points mentioned above.”

“Everything is going well a month or so into getting my new desk. Glad I did my research and the advertised features were fulfilled without a fault.
Also glad I got the XL, it's a very comfortable amount of space and doesn't seem to effect stability. Assembly wasn't difficult, my only impression from putting it together was how HEAVY it is. I had initial concerns the black would look too gamer-y, but it turned out very nice, clean and stylish (imo) and I like the effect it has at negating visual clutter around the screen. Only quibble so far is the cable management bar wasn't deep enough for a mac power supply and it kinda hangs over the edge.”
“Haven't had any issues with this so far. Build quality seems pretty good, all the parts are metal, and it seems like it'll last a long time. Maximum height is pretty high too, so that's a positive.
Only issue is that shipping too a long time (I bought mine during a sale).”
