“Omni desk pro 2020 electric standing desk with 48" desktop (flat edge):
* was easy to assemble (I found it easier to assemble with 2 people).
* is easy to use from sit to stand.
* has 5 pre-set memory buttons available which I find extremely handy.
* can buy optional add-on's (I bought the arc pro dual monitor arms and the cable management bar).
* easy to dust and clean.
Arc pro dual monitor arms:
* a little bit hard to assemble and there was no help video online for this product (when I purchased in November 2021) but I emailed customer service for help instead and they helped resolve the issue.
* come with blue cables to extend the USB and microphone/AUX ports that are on the front of the monitor arms - I don't need these cables and they get in the way of the cable pass through grommet that's on the desktop. The space for this grommet also becomes restricted because that is where I have attached my arc pro dual monitor arms, so there is no room to feed these excess cables in to my attached cable management bar below. Instead the cables sit on top of my desktop (see pics) which is unaesthetically pleasing. I emailed customer service, but other than cutting these cables off (which is not recommended in case you need to use them later) there is no other option but to have these sitting as I currently have them sitting. Also, having the arc pro dual monitor arms anchor through the cable pass through grommet on the desktop means it is finicky to pass through all the cords/cables I store in the cable management bar.
* found adjusting the tension strength of the internal spring tricky, but emailed customer service who helped resolve the issue.
* sometimes the tension loosens on the monitor arms and the monitor arms won't stay in place.
Cable management bar:
* is great to keep any cords neatly stored and arranged.
I did buy the storage drawer but as I needed the lowest table setting, I could not fit the storage drawer and keep the desk at the lowest setting whilst sitting (note I only ordered the 48" desktop). I returned the drawer in original condition for a full refund.
The only reason I have not given this product 5 stars is because of the issues associated with the arc pro dual monitor arms and the lack of space on the cable pass through grommet on the desktop for anchoring the monitor arms, the extra monitor arm cables and all my other cords/cables.
I find the Omnidesk pro 2020 eletric standing desk absolute amazing value for money and it works extremely well. Very fast delivery too; I ordered in November 2020 and within a week my desk, desktop and cable management bar had arrived. The monitor arms were not delivered, however I followed up with customer service and they were able to track the monitor arms for me and I received them later.
The Omnidesk customer service is exceptional; from my initial enquiries before purchase to all my queries post purchase, I have found the team to be incredibly responsive, helpful, efficient and nice! Five stars for customer service Omnidesk!!

“I chose this desk over others because of the minimum height (I'm 165cm) and needed a height of 63cm for it to be ergonomically correct. No complaints with the desk there.
Only issue I had was with the delivery company. Paid $100 for subpar service, it was left at my apartment lobby with no signature and was missing the one of the boxes. No explanation that often deliveries are sent separately until I called customer service and was reassured that this often happens.”
