After trying out I bought one for myself. It's very easy to use, I can set the position in memory and I can change my position by pressing one button. “This desk never failed my expectation. It clearly has stable and sturdy materials for the legs. I had a lot of things placed on my desk (literally full of Desktop set and stationery items) and even changing from sit to stand vice versa setting, everything is still in place, no shaking or unstability observed. I'm planning on getting a PC mount as well after seeing some reviews that they are able to set it well and with no issues. I haven't had any contact with the customer service since my transaction was really great, swift and convenient from doing the purchase until delivery. Customer service is really commendable since I really felt that they are trying to connect with every customer in every way they can. One problem that we encountered when setting it up is when the power chord shown in the video guide has 2 port (which is much thinner) but instead we received a 3 port power chord and we can't get it through the the small opening to manage all wirings in one place. But this is just a minor issue. we're not really worried about anything cause in the end the power chord would still be dangling outside. setting up upper and lower limit, and anything assocciated still gets me confused. Overall, very happy with my purchase and highly recommended for anyone whose having health issues or just getting tired of sitting all day.”
“I’ve had this desk now for about a month and I am really happy I bought this desk! It looks good, it’s really good quality and also the way the desk goes up and down is excellent. It’s really solid and the desk in my pics is a small size which! I have a monster 38 inch on my desk and I still have heaps of space! I love this desk it’s epic. If you’re working from home you need to get yourself one of these desks you won’t be disappointed. Also the customer service lady was amazing to deal with, I paid for someone to build my desk but due to COVID they weren’t able to send someone out to my place in Melbourne so she called me literally 30 mins after I Purchased it abs organised a refund for me for the build cost. A+ For customer service as well.”
“It’s been a week since I installed my new omnidesk. Online ordering process and delivery was smooth and very professional. The only and the most difficult part was the installation- which isn’t easy as it seems. The instructions are very engineering styled and needs more effort to understand . Instead the video on YouTube helped (but it would be good omnidesk could upload a new video as it’s 2 yea old now). Everything else is quite smooth.
Suggestion: If you’ve installed the omnidesk very recently, remember to go back and recheck each of the screws to ensure they aren’t loose.

“Firstly I want to start with the table, it does exactly what its supposed to do. My table is now 1.5yrs old and the reason for this review is I just want to thank omni desk for the amazing customer service and headache free support I have had. I'll try an keep this short. For some reason my drawers for my table did not arrive - I totally forgot about it as I became a new dad. fast forward to today - Was talking about my table to a friend who wants to buy one. I then remembered I DID NOT receive my drawers for which I paid for!!!!!! Panicking I scrambled for my receipts and shot omni desk an email stating my issue and how I have no received my drawers especially since it has been 1.5 years. Kassandra was amazing and no question asked she just asked me if I wanted a refund or to wait for drawers to be sent out in good faith. Faith in humanity restored. Thank you guys so so much! Keep up the amazing customer service like this I cannot fault you at all.”

I must start off by saying how much I love this desk; it is big enough for what I need and is sturdy. I was concerned the desktop might have too much give in it but its sturdy as anything!
I love the pre-set functions and that you can lock the control panel which Is handy if you have young kids.
I’ve only had it a couple of days but its already making work more comfortable, especially the curved section. It makes it so much more comfortable to lean on the desk, I would really encourage anyone looking at one of these desks to go with a curve, you won’t regret it!
My only gripe is with the delivery company used, Hunter Express. They are slow and their customer service is really bad. It took over two weeks for my desk to travel 60km from the warehouse to my home which isn’t acceptable. Aftershock/Omnidesk customer service is fantastic though and I cant thank them enough for their assistance!”
