“I purchased the bamboo in the largest size (72”). I was very happy with the delivery and ease of assembly. I love the controls and preset functions—it’s cool and the movements are fluid.
The desktop doesn’t feel as solid compared to traditional tables. And at standing height, writing can sometimes make the desk wobble a bit.
The customer service team was really excellent at helping me sort through some issues I was having.

“Got the desk to improve my work from home set up. It's been everything I'd hoped for. Well-built, spacious, and quieter and faster than other standing desks. Only thing that could be improved is the comms during delivery - was only notified of it being shipped about 15 minutes before it arrived. Other than that, customer service has been helpful. No regrets at all with this purchase”
“This desk works exactly as intended. It's strong enough to carry whatever you want to store on it. Movement between positions is quick and easy. Love that I can have the positions preset. There was a bit of settling where I needed to reset the positions slightly higher but seems to have stayed consistent after that. The CPU cradle works great. Love the space of the 180cm version. Delivery was a little slow (2 weeks) but they do set that expectation up front.”
“I've had an Officeworks manual desk for a while, making do during lockdown (usually have a powered desk at the office).
The Omnidesk is just brilliant, and wish I had of bought it sooner.
The desk is exceptionally well constructed and sturdy.
The time to move up and down is unbelievably quick, and very quiet compared to the desks we have in the office.
The overall construction is also very thoughtful, and well laid out.
Got the monitor arms too, and these are simply brilliant.

“Got the desk in bamboo, largest size (72"). Love that it's easy to put together, securely packed for delivery and the motors work a treat.
Couple of improvements for their next version that I'd love to see:
1) bamboo: a little bit more give in the desk where you rest your arms (i.e. to the front of the desk). Feels like it's related to the bamboo top (maybe should have gone for the hardwoods but wanted something more sustainable), will be interesting to see how long this lasts before there's a crack or something like that. I'm not sure how this could be solved (maybe thicker wood, extra support somehow?) but I noticed it from day 1
2) cable management clips: the little clips they provide are ok, but I tried to use them to hold up the cable that runs the motor (so it's just that little bit more tidy) and the adhesive is not even close to being strong enough to hold that cable. Have now used 3 of the little clips, each one has failed
Obviously none of the above are deal breakers (yet), so would still recommend.”
“Pre-purchase:
After searching around the market and asking other friends who have used stand desks, one particular brand seems to stand out with lots of positive feedback, namely the OmniDesk. Decided to bite the bullet and risk it. After all there's a 100 days trial.
Placing order:
Placing order was fast and easy on the website. Easy to navigate and checkout options was pletiful. Decided to use ZipPay and breezed through the processed. Received order confirmation email on the same day.
Delivery:
Delivery took longer than expected, likely due to Omnidesks trying to fulfill all orders from sales period. Called helpdesk and recieved confirmation of shipping. Item arrived in good conditions.
Setup and installation:
Followed instructions from video guide and manual withouth too much difficulty. Parts come with fully labelled and guide holes makes installation easier. Managed to install my desk within 2 hours.
Post installation and every day use:
Sorry, you're not getting the desk back after 100 days. I'm keeping it.”
