“I'm very happy with the desk. Looks and feels great. Motor is very quiet and all other components work correctly.
However the delivery and assembly services were very poor. The delivery person left the parts of my desk in the lobby of my building and would not take them up to my apartment (despite me being there to provide access). The assembly service was nice and professional, though they assembled the monitor arms incorrectly and did not correctly install the PC mount, 1 screw missing and others installed at angles. This means that the mount wobbles and I am worried that it may damage the desk over time.”
“Easy to set up, sturdy even at the highest height. Bamboo finish feels smooth and high quality. Despite the amount of time it took to ship (bought during Black Friday sales) was well worth the purchase”
