“Used the table for twice, battery was flat within 1 week with at most 2-3 lowering/raising attempts while the sales team prior sales mentioned the battery pack can last for 1 month. Just after the completed 2nd charge, the table was unable to lower and rise and have to rely on the power cord to able it to work. When ask the CR team, give me crap answer that the battery pack was new and need to charge to a certain hours like the concept of the new mobile phone. Clearly, the battery pack was unable to hold the charges despite it was having a full charge indications.
There were also defects on the table top, and the table legs. When photos were sent, CR team mentioned only to do 1-1 replacement on table top as I mentioned table top but they failed to see my remaining 19 photos that comprise of all the defects of the table.
The logistics team was even worst! When CR team mentioned they honour the 1-1 replacement on the table top, the logistics table happily scheduled me for the delivery without confirming my schedule. They can even sent me text at 3am to disturb my rest. I seriously doubt they know what is human being sleeping time.
From delivery to assembly to CR team to logistics team, all had failed to live up their expectations. Ask payment is prompt but post sales was lousy.
Till now when I’m writing this review, im still waiting for my tabletop to function!

“This coffee table is super solid and the adjustable height makes it a mini desk for my son to use for his homework. The lowest height makes it a lovely coffee table and a center piece for the living room, and the mid height (about 60cms) makes it a mini desk that my son loves to use. Fantastic idea for a coffee table.”
