“New Table has a crack on the wood table top. Had a hard time to connect with their customer service folks. When they finally arranged to install a new table top, they shopped a replacement unit with very ugly pattern. Don’t do business with them. Not worth it.”
“Was impressed by the build quality of the table. However, was a little disappointed that the cable management bracket was too constricted and does not allow placement of bigger sized power adaptors such as those for big monitors. Notwithstanding, it is a very impressive product.”
“I received the items in good condition however there are a few problems when fixing it :-
1) some of the screw was not able to be screw fully as the hole for the screw was not deep enough for someone who is using a normal screw driver coz i did not have the cordless screwdriver.
2) I follow the instruction manual and when fixing the motor part, I found out that the motor hole was drill at the different side…so i have to take it out the whole leg and to put at the different way without following the manual instruction which i did not know whether it should be okay or not.
3) I was given two screw to screw for my empower powerbar however there were no hole for me to screw…
I have yet to get to use the table due to all this problems as i need to get a cordless screwdriver or drill so that i could fully fix all the screw in and do a proper set up…

“I recently got an Omnidesk Ascent with a redwood table top : It's a simple desk that smoothly adjusts for my preferred height - we can use the app to adjust as well. The app also helps me keep track of how long I sit or stand and reminds me to switch positions.
The desk is very solid and the legs are surprisingly strong. It also has a fast motor that can lift a lot of weight without making much noise. The assembly was done by the omnidesk delivery team and they took less than 10 minutes in assemble it neat and clean.
The redwood table top is gorgeous and has a beautiful organic pattern that makes it look unique everytime I use it. I also bought the Arka riser in same redwood but it’s out of stock. But hey, omnidesk shipped me another order until they ship the redwood riser. That’s so thoughtful of them!
The Omnidesk Ascent is a great desk for everyone in my family. I highly recommend it.”
